We offer a free version of our software, integrated exclusively with ZKTeco devices, making it easy to manage your workforce. To use BioSyn FREE, it’s important to have an existing BioSyn account and either purchase ZKTeco devices or utilize our mobile application, which is available at no cost for up to 10 employees. This page outlines the terms and conditions of using BioSyn FREE, so please take the time to review them carefully before signing up. BioSyn Free Time & Attendance
Please take note of the following when signing up for BioSyn FREE:
- With BioSyn Free Time & Attendance we integrate with ZK Teco devices exclusively. It is important to ensure that you have an existing BioSyn account in order to link your current devices with our system.If you do not have existing devices, you either need to purchase ZK Teco devices (from BioSyn or another provider), or utilize our mobile application.
- The BioSyn Mobile App is available for use at no cost for a maximum of 10 employees. With this app, you can access the features and functionalities of BioSyn from your mobile device, making it convenient for you to manage your employee information and other related tasks.
BioSyn Free Terms and Conditions
- Your software setup is complimentary for the first month of usage. After this initial period, you will have the option to choose between two billing options: an hourly rate of R250 per hour, or a monthly service contract at a fixed rate of R150 per month. The hourly rate option will allow you to pay for only the hours you use the software, while the monthly contract option will provide a fixed cost for the usage of the software for the entire month.
- It is mandatory to provide all departmental and employee data prior to the commencement of the first month of usage. This information is crucial for setting up your account and ensuring that the software is configured correctly to meet your specific needs. Failure to provide this data may result in delays or limitations in using the software.
- Customers who are on the FREE contract can expect a 48-hour turnaround time for support queries. It is important to note that this turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and the availability of resources. We strive to provide prompt and efficient support to all our customers, and we will make every effort to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
