BioSyn Small Business is our package for companies with up to 10 employees, integrated exclusively with ZKTeco devices or our mobile app, making it easy to manage your workforce.
To use BioSyn Small Business, it’s important to have an existing BioSyn account and either purchase ZKTeco devices or use our mobile application, which is included for up to 10 employees. This page outlines the terms and conditions of using BioSyn Small Business, so please take the time to review them carefully before signing up. What you need to know
BioSyn Small Business
Please take note of the following when signing up for BioSyn Small Business:
- With BioSyn Small Business we integrate with ZKTeco devices exclusively. It is important to ensure that you have an existing BioSyn account in order to link your current devices with our system.
- If you do not have existing devices, you either need to purchase ZKTeco devices (from BioSyn or another provider), or use our mobile application.
- The BioSyn Mobile App is included for a maximum of 10 employees. With this app, you can access the features and functionalities of BioSyn from your mobile device, making it convenient for you to manage your employee information and other related tasks.
- A compulsory support contract of R150.00 per month (excl. VAT) applies. This provides full support via phone, email, and remote assistance, giving you complete peace of mind while you grow your business.
BioSyn Small Business Terms and Conditions
- Your software setup is free for the first month.
- After the first month, a compulsory support contract of R150 per month (excl. VAT) applies.
- All departmental and employee data must be provided before the first month begins for account setup and software configuration.
- Delays or limitations in software use may occur if data is not submitted on time.
- Customers on the Small Business package can expect a 48-hour turnaround for support queries, which may vary based on issue complexity and resource availability.
- We aim to resolve your issues promptly and efficiently.
