Be the Expert Behind Workforce Efficiency

This is an office-based role operating from our Century City satellite office, combined with scheduled client visits across the Western Cape.

The successful candidate must be comfortable working daily from the satellite office when not attending client meetings and being managed directly from Head Office.

A high level of accountability, structure, and performance reporting is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, prospect, and close B2B deals across multiple industries
  • Present and demonstrate BioSyn’s solutions to decision-makers (in person and virtually)
  •  Conduct client visits across the Western Cape
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and white-label partners
  • Expand regional reseller and implementation networks
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale service delivery
  • Represent BioSyn at demos, networking events, and regional initiatives

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years B2B sales experience (technology or SaaS advantageous)
  • Strong hunter mentality – confident opening new doors
  • Target-driven and commission-motivated
  • Professional communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Based in Cape Town
  • Own reliable vehicle required for client visits
  • Valid driver’s license (essential)
  • Able to work independently and be managed remotely from Head Office
  • Highly self-disciplined and structured in pipeline management
